Everything you need to know about our product scoring system and what each metric means
The trend score basically tells you how "hot" a product is right now. We don't just look at one thing—We combine multiple signals like how often the product is being searched, how fast it's gaining attention, and whether people are consistently interested in it or it's just a short spike.
So instead of guessing, the trend score gives you a clear idea of whether a product is actually trending or already dying. Higher score = stronger, more reliable trend.
The engagement rate shows how people are reacting to the product—not just seeing it, but actually interacting with it.
We calculate this by looking at things like likes, comments, shares, and overall interaction compared to views. Because a product might get views, but if no one is engaging, it usually won't sell.
Growth rate is all about speed—how fast a product is gaining momentum.
We track how quickly the numbers are increasing over time, whether it's views, engagement, or overall demand. This helps you spot products early, before they become saturated.
A high growth rate means the product is picking up fast and could be a great opportunity if you act early.
There are 6 different statuses, and each one tells you exactly what's going on with a product—whether it's worth going for or something to avoid.
Here's how they work:
This is the first thing we check before anything else.
If a product has:
then it's most likely artificially boosted. In simple terms, the numbers look too good to be real—so we flag it as Bot Boosted to help you avoid fake trends.
This is kind of a middle ground.
If the engagement is still higher than normal (like:
but not extreme enough to confirm bots, we mark it as Suspicious. It might still work—but you should be careful and test before going all in.
These are the best products.
If a product passes all the checks and has a score above 80, it means:
Basically, this is something that's already performing really well and has high chances of converting.
If the score is above 65, the product is doing very well but not fully proven yet.
It has:
This is where you can get in early before it becomes too competitive.
If the score is above 50, it means the product has some potential—but it's not fully validated yet.
You shouldn't go all-in here. Instead:
Anything below that falls into Risky.
This means:
You can still test it, but chances of success are much lower compared to others.
We don't just randomly add products—We research them properly.
Every week (or at least every month), we go through and find products that are likely to stay relevant for at least a week. And even if one product slows down earlier, the full list of 10 products is selected in a way that they'll still perform for that week.
After that, we update and replace products based on fresh research, so you're always getting something that's actually working right now—not outdated stuff.
